Greg Van't Land - Biography

Greg is a project engineer with Broken Arrow Communications, Inc. specializing in Building Automation / Systems Integration. The integration group combines diverse building systems into one holistic web based building management tool. Broken Arrow Communications works mostly in the wireless communication industry. This position allows him to be involved in all aspects of building automation and system integration. The systems involved include; HVAC, Commercial Power, Rectifiers, Battery Plants, Critical System Alarms, CCTV, Security, Door Access, Generators, Fuel Supply, and Lighting Control.

In addition, he has a diverse background touching many areas of the occupational spectrum. Greg has managed a Boys & Girls Club. He has also worked as an EMT and ambulance driver for AMR in San Diego, an archaeological surveyor and teachers assistant for Palomar's archaeological field schools, an electrician, and a student instructor for Hidden Valley Middle School.

Greg grew up near Gallitan Gateway, Montana and earned his B.A. in History from Dordt College and A.A. in Archaeology from Palomar College. He has his Masters in Education in Cross Cultural Teaching through National University and is currently nearing completion of a B.S. in Information Systems also with National University. Greg is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hiking, hunting and kayaking in his free time.
